The design of a garden is as much a reflection of the interior space it surrounds, as it is a statement of the natural beauty that emerges from the garden itself. A highly personal endeavor, the view of a garden from inside a home is as important, if not more so, than what a passerby on the street might experience. This is particularly true in the Pacific Northwest where for nearly six months out of every year, many days will be spent viewing our gardens through a window rather than enjoying them in the open air.

With this in mind, Yard Artists creates outdoor spaces that beckon the senses all four seasons of the year. Working from the interior space as a thematic dynamic, our designs create one-of-a-kind gardens that encourage the inner and outer architecture to flow together in a seamless vision. Starting with our client's desires and objectives, we create gardens that reflect and enhance the personality and aesthetics of the whole while honoring the individual grace and beauty of the natural habitat.
